Special guest coach at practice! NHL legend: four-time Stanley Cup Champion, Canada Cup Champion, World Hockey Champion, and LA Kings Director of Goaltending Bill Ranford came out to work with our group! Billy and our HC Brent Hughes were teammates together in the WHL.

FRANCHISE RECORD ALERT: last night, January 19th, we set a new single season win total record with 36 wins! The previous mark was 35 accomplished by the 1997/98 team. This is our 51st season: 1972-1993 as the North Shore Winter Club Flames & 1993-present as the Ridge Meadows Flames!

We are excited to announce that, for the first time ever, we will field a spring hockey team in the FVSL! The league will feature 10 league games & playoffs; runs from mid-April through early-July.
